The position will provide:
•Administrative support to the Commercial team (Key Account Managers) to participate in the performance of the Fragrance division's commercial activity and development,
•General support and service to ensure that the office runs efficiently

Scope of job:
Customer Centricity
-Support to Commercial Team
•Create and update all commercial projects in the dedicated system. This includes (not exhaustively):
o Project creation at reception of KAM briefs, 
o Requests for samples, 
o Requests for stability tests, 
o Requests for Pricelists,
o Requests for technical and legal documentation to be provided to customers,
o Entering Project and material feedback at the end of the life of the project.
•Liaise with relevant parties (pricing, laboratory, evaluation teams, etc.) who will provide you with the necessary support when required over the project life cycle.
•Create material supply requests to support the needs of the regional laboratory in Abidjan
•Ensure that all system information is accurate at all times and updated when needed.
•Generate new pricelists for our customers yearly.
•Act as a superuser / key-user of GPMS for the SSA region 
o Participate into dedicated trainings
o Train and support other GPMS users in the region when required.

-Support to Fragrance Director 
•Good understanding of processes to provide effective support with proactivity.
•Sense of accountability,
•Liaise with relevant stakeholders to find sustainable solutions to challenges encountered
•Work towards meeting set deadlines, while maintaining a good understanding of priorities.

-Parcel Management
•Act as the point of contact to Head Office for the reception of parcels and provide dispatch customs invoices when requested.
•DHL / UPS: Prepare documentation for all parcels, track and communicate accordingly with parties concerned.

1. Contexte de la mission &amp; Domaine d'activité
Dans le cadre de son apprentissage (niveau étude BAC+3/+5 dans le domaine de la Sécurité/Environnement) au sein du site ICPE MANE de Sablé sur Sarthe, l'apprenti(e) est intégré(e) au service Santé – Sécurité – Environnement. 
Il/elle contribuera à la mise en œuvre et à l'amélioration continue du système de management SSE du site, en conformité avec la réglementation, les exigences clients, les normes applicables (ex. : ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) et les standards internes du Groupe.
Cet apprentissage s'inscrit dans un contexte de développement important d'activité du site. Le site de Sablé sur Sarthe est spécialisé dans la production d'ingrédients aromatiques et fonctionnels destinés à l'industrie agro-alimentaire. Dépendant de la Convention Collective Nationale des Industries Chimiques, l'activité est exclusivement en B to B auprès d'intervenants nationaux et internationaux.

2. Objectifs généraux
•	Développer des compétences opérationnelles en matière de prévention des risques professionnels, de sécurité des personnes, de gestion environnementale et de culture prévention.
•	Participer aux projets SSE du site et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des performances sécurité et environnement.
•	Soutenir le service SSE dans l'animation quotidienne, la sensibilisation du personnel, et le suivi des actions réglementaires et internes.

3. Missions confiées
3.1 Santé &amp; Sécurité au Travail
•	Participer à l'actualisation du DUERP.
•	Contribuer à l'analyse des situations dangereuses, presqu'accidents et accidents.
•	Participer à la mise à jour des protocoles de sécurité, plans de prévention, consignes de sécurité, etc.
•	Réaliser des tournées de terrain, audits sécurité.
•	Proposer et suivre les actions d'amélioration identifiées.
•	Participer à la préparation et à l'animation de formations/sensibilisations internes.
•	Préparation de la certification ISO 45001 du site.
3.2 Environnement
•	Contribuer au suivi des indicateurs environnementaux.
•	Participer aux contrôles liés à la conformité réglementaire environnementale.
•	Aider à la préparation et la mise à jour des documents liés aux ICPE, audits internes ou externes.
•	Proposer des actions pour réduire l'impact environnemental du site.
•	Préparation de la certification ISO 50001.
3.3 Suivi documentaire et reporting
•	Participer à la mise à jour de la veille réglementaire SSE.
•	Contribuer au maintien du système documentaire SSE.
•	Rédiger et diffuser des supports de communication interne.
4. Livrables attendus
•	Mise à jour régulière des outils SSE : DUERP, plans d'actions, indicateurs.
•	Comptes rendus d'observations terrain et d'analyses d'incidents.
•	Propositions d'amélioration documentées.
•	Présentations ou supports SSE pour réunions ou sensibilisations.

The Fragrance Evaluation Manager Sub Saharan Africa oversees the Sub-Saharan Africa FDM team based in Ivory Coast and South Africa. She/he is fundamentally a team leader as well as a project manager in the fragrance division. His/her duty as manager is to assist the Fragrance sales team and lead the Evaluation team efficiently confidently by bringing guidance, market knowledge and olfactive strategies. As an evaluator he/she must manage fragrance projects in order to answer client briefs with the best proposals by a scheduled due date.
His/ her role is to build a high performing SSA evaluation team.

SCOPE OF JOB

Independence (Finance)
•Manage his/her team annual trip budget effectively

•Has the responsibility to lead the build and update the relevant collections in each category, regarding the needs of the customers in each country
•Is responsible for the transmission of the knowledge within his / her team of any innovation (product/process) developed inside Mane worldwide

•Ensure the knowledge of the customer preferences through a strong link with sales 
•Ensure the knowledge of the consumer needs in each country through a strong link with marketing and CI departments

Project management
She/he is given Fragrance projects which need to be compliant to the client brief and MANE Development Policies.

Fragrance management
To answer a brief precisely and promote Mane's Creations, the incumbent should:
•Analyse the market and its evolution.
•Create, complete, and optimize a local fragrance collection fitting the market trends and expectations.
•Manage the collection using tools given by the company (classification of fragrances, stability test, GPMS)
•Advise the Sales department &amp; clients on their olfactive choices

People
•Align yourself to the performance driven culture through the implementation of performance management and talent management.
•Participate in development planning process.

•Build a strong SSA evaluation organisation acting as one team for speed and best-in-class olfactive proposals for each project
